The veterinarians at Butler Vet Clinic are happy to perform spaying and neutering of your pet, as well as orthopedic, soft tissue, exploratory, and emergency surgeries.

Butler Veterinary Clinic uses isoflurane inhalant anesthesia in combination with human-grade quality oxygen during procedures. It is standard practice for intubation and intravenous catheterization to be performed for all surgeries, allowing for immediate administration of potentially life-saving measures to be administered. A surgical heating pad especially designed for veterinary surgical procedures maintains body temperature and monitors pulse for all of our patients. Preoperative pain medication is administered to all patients to minimize pet’s discomfort. Besides postoperative pain medication, laser therapy is also used to reduce surgical pain, as well as inflammation. A veterinary assistant is present with the veterinarian during all procedures in addition to all of our advanced anesthetic monitoring equipment to insure that each surgical procedure goes smoothly.
